The Facilities Officer is responsible for managing daily operations at our Peak Campus and provide occasional support to the Pok Fu Lam Campus. Working closely with the Senior Facilities / Operations Officer, he/she will ensure our school’s buildings and facilities are maintained to an excellent standard.

SENIOR OPERATIONS OFFICER
The successful candidate will take the lead in facility management. He / She will supervise the day-to-day operations of all the campuses in Peak and Pok Ful Lam. He/she will supervise and coordinate all cleaners, caretaker, security guards and coordinate with the maintenance staff to provide a full spectrum of facilities management and to support a conducive and safe learning environment.

The Maintenance Officer assists the Project Manager in the day-to-day operations on planning and executing preventative maintenance plan for the campus and supervising the in-house technicians and contractors on the campus repair and maintenance works. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
The Director of Operations works closely with the senior management of GSIS to develop and manage the overall school operations including facilities management, procurement, Health and Safety, and school logistics. The Director of Operations regularly evaluates the efficiency of business procedures to support GSIS in fulfilling its mission, vision, and educational excellence. The appointed person will lead and manage all staff in the facilities and operations team.
